At The Spatial Guy, virtual organizing is just as thoughtful and results-driven as our in-person services. Whether you need help decluttering a single room or want to reset your entire home, we work with you one-on-one over Zoom or FaceTime to help you reach your goals — step by step.
What Is Virtual Organizing?
Virtual organizing is a remote service that offers the same expert strategies and structure as hands-on sessions, but delivered digitally. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to receive professional organizing help from anywhere.
You’ll work directly with Jon, founder of The Spatial Guy, to assess your space, clarify your goals, and create an actionable plan. Sessions are collaborative and efficient — and designed to move at your pace.
How It Works

Free Consultation
We start with a 30-minute discovery call to get a sense of your space, goals, and challenges. You’ll walk us through your space on camera (or share photos), and we’ll talk through next steps.

Customized Organizing Plan
After our call, you’ll receive a tailored action plan that includes:
- A breakdown of tasks by zone
- Product suggestions (if needed)
- Easy-to-follow sorting and placement steps
- Maintenance tips

One-on-One Sessions
We meet via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone in scheduled sessions (typically 60–90 minutes). During each call, we guide you through organizing, decluttering, or maintaining your space — coaching, motivating, and troubleshooting in real time.

Ongoing Support
Need extra accountability? We offer check-ins, follow-up sessions, and progress reviews to keep you moving forward — even between calls.
